Eligible defects and workmanship

The limited lifetime service warranty applies to the original customer and the specific work recorded by the shop, for the lifetime of the serviced device under normal use. It covers defects in installed replacement parts and problems caused by our workmanship. Qualifying corrections include the needed parts and labor at no charge.

Coverage limits

New drops, impacts, bending, misuse, liquid damage, normal wear, gradual battery-capacity loss, and unrelated software concerns are not covered by the defect warranty. Later modifications or third-party work may affect a related claim; unrelated damage does not automatically remove coverage for a separate defect. The warranty is not accidental-damage insurance and does not automatically apply to separately sold merchandise.

Some LCD screen services on models designed for OLED may qualify for a separate one-time 30-day drop benefit: a half-price LCD replacement or a credit of half the original LCD service price toward an OLED upgrade. Eligible customers may upgrade within 60 days by paying the quoted upgrade price difference. One benefit and one upgrade are allowed per qualifying original purchase. Using the drop credit toward OLED uses the upgrade; discounted replacements do not restart either period. Ask the shop whether your specific service qualifies.

Request an evaluation

Contact the shop with your device, symptoms, and service date. Bring your receipt or service record if available. Evaluations are often completed the same day but may take up to five business days for supplier-related defects. Completion depends on diagnosis and available parts. Contact us before shipping a device.

Completed services are non-refundable except where required by law. Coverage provided with a previously completed service remains applicable to that service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Call 601-699-8246 or contact the shop.
