Who handles your information
Salvation Repair, 1503 Lakeview Rd, Laurel, MS 39440, operates this website. Contact support@salvationrepair.com about your information.
Information you provide
WooCommerce stores order items, contact and billing details, and order status for pickup orders. Order notices are sent through the configured email provider. A contact or purchase request collects your name, email, optional phone number, message, and, for a purchase request, the selected product and quantity. Requests are stored privately in WordPress and sent to the shop through its configured email system. We use them to respond, confirm product availability, and manage the requested transaction. Submitting a request does not enroll you in marketing.
Technical information and cookies
The hosting provider may log IP addresses, browser information, and requested pages for operation and security. The request handler uses a temporary, hashed IP-based rate-limit record to reduce abuse. WordPress may use necessary cookies for administration or authentication. This theme does not install advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or marketing cookies. Public browsing does not require an account.
Access and retention
Authorized shop administrators and the hosting and email providers may process information needed to provide these functions. Request records remain in the shop’s WordPress system until the shop removes them; transaction records may need to be retained for business or legal purposes. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable obligations. We do not sell request details.
Keep sensitive details out of messages
Do not send card numbers, account passwords, device passcodes, or sensitive personal information. Forms are available only over HTTPS. If the secure connection is unavailable, call or use your email application.
